Title: Repair question

I sent in my Nscale heavy mountain for repair on Dec. 26, 2008 along with the appropriate check since I could not find my receipt.  I haven't heard a word since.  This is the first time I have sent anything in for repair.  How long do I have to wait for my locomotive?

Give the service department a call. They'll be able to tell you the status of your repair.
