Title: Sculpting custom figures
Post by: Ray Dunakin on February 06, 2009, 04:22:24 PM
I've sculpted a few custom figures in 1/24th scale for my outdoor model railroad. I've even modeled myself and my wife:

You can see all my figures here:

Good looking couple...I think I've seen them shopping at Walmart. All kidding aside: you did an outstanding job -  however 1:24 scale is a long way from 1:87. Your assignment for this weekend is to replicate this lovely couple in HO scale and post the results.

Many thanks,
Ray

Hey, what about 1/160!  Nice craftsmanship!

Thanks! With my eyesight, 1/24th is about as small as I can get. I can't even imagine trying to do smaller scales.
