does anyone make an ho greenbrier that will handle 18 inch radius curves?

A Greenbrier is a 4-8-4 so would say maybe one of the older Bachmann's but don't expect reliable operation on such a tight radius. With steam locos better to go with smaller locos 4-40 ,4-6-0 or 0-8-0 switchers
With diesel's best to use a 4 axle unit.

the 614 ran through my hometown a few years ago.
