Title: Question for the Bachman.
Post by: panniertankboy8751 on June 22, 2009, 06:08:03 PM
Mr.Bachman,

I'm planning to get the Spectrum 2-10-0. I was wondering if the model comes with sound and if so does it work on standered DC layouts. Please Reply.

Depends which run you buy. The older runs didn't. Are you buying new or used, it will say on the box.

It depends what run it is. Do you have a link, a picture, an item number?

No sound. Note the "DCC Ready" under Features.

Dear PTB,
The sound locos come in a window box, and are clearly marked as "DCC Sound".  If you're ordering by mail, you'll have to specify sound with your dealer.
Have fun!
