Title: When returning a locomotive....
Post by: GN.2-6-8-0 on April 08, 2007, 11:26:22 AM
does one address the package to Bachmann Customer service or Bachmann Service Department ?
Just do not wish for my locomotive to get lost in the wrong Dept.

You might write - "ATTN Repairs" on the box.

I would suggest you use "ATT: Service Department". Also you would probably be better off to call and talk to Bridget to get a specific service dept. name, if they have one. Whatever you do, print the label and 'Service Department/Repair' large and legible.

best wishes on getting it fixed.

Dear GN,
I'd suggest calling Bridget before you send back the loco. She'll tell you how it should be addressed.
Have fun!

Hunt,

Thanks for clarifying 'who' 'Bridget' is ... her name pops up not infrequently in threads on this forum and it's good to learn (as well as be reminded again) who this gal is that is recommended as the contact at Bachmann.

Does anyone by chance remember her extention number?
