Does anyone know if such an item exists in code 100 track? That's right, straight, and left. If you know, would you let me know?

Wolf - Peco has two 3-way turnouts. One [SL-99] has an insulated or nonpowered frog whereas the other [SL-E99] has a powered or Electrofrog feature. Both of these are Code 100. I cannot recommend Peco track/turnout products more highly. A good source of Peco track is:
