Title: USRA 2-6-6-2 with VC Tender

Anyone have any idea when the new Bachmann USRA 2-6-6-2 locomotive with the VC style tender will be available? hopefully before Xmas.

The HO locos are expected this month, the N Scale locos in December.

Sorry to say these engines have not yet shown up at thr retail level,any idea of a new scheduled arrival date?

Is it me? Or does this engine have a VERY strong identical to the one used in the MR magazine for the V&O Coal a long time ago?

Most likely the V&O engine was a brass model not a Bachmann.
Frankly I'd preferr the B'mann unit planning on 2 of these locomotives on my roster as they've a proven fine runner and hauler.
I'd just like to know when they are due.Shame B'mann doesn't have a  posted schedule of when their products are due on the retail market,it would at least give us some idea as to when we could expext them.
