Post by: GN.2-6-8-0 on April 18, 2007, 10:30:24 AM
Have been calling Bachmann's 800 number for several days now just to verify that they received the engine i sent back for repair/replacement.
Is there no one there to pick up the phone! ???
Also attempted to leave a message for Bridget and it seems the answering system is porked.....after the message saying leave a message line goes back to the main phone menue. >:(

Dear Sid,
800 numbers don't work from Canada, AFAIK.
Have fun!

Just for a laugh I thought I'd try that 1-800 this morning.....it works from Canada....sometimes....lol.

Yesterday when I dialed it, I got a "number not in service" message.....this morning I get a message saying I have reached B'Mann service/warranty parts dep't and gives me a menu of options.

IMHO, the regular number is still the best way to talk to a human .
