If the 45 tonner you speak is the one with side rods on the wheels, then they were released last year. Now my apologies if is due to be re-released. We just sold one at Lin's Junction in the past two weeks.

And Stephen is right that the Favorite Spot does have them, I checked a few days ago and they had them. The listing in their store or the auctions must have ended.

If you mean the HO scale one with DCC I got mine last January at the "Springfield" show. They are excellent. It only pulls a few cars but it's very smooth.
