can u chang a dcc all redy program to the defalt 03 to a defrent number or does it have to stay 03 ?
Read the system's instructions. It should tell you how to program a locomotive.

Depending on your DCC system you have several options. If using an E-Z Command you can reprogram it to addresses 1 through 9 (or possibly 10 if you use a DC controller to control your DC locos). With advanced systems you can use any number between 0001 and 9999.
