Dear Richard,
There is no fluid involved; the pad drags along the track and cleans the rails as it's pulled along. We use one on the WGH displays and it really works well.

Mr. B.

       The product advertising says the cleaning pad is "reusable".   Is it also replaceable?   Is Bachmann going to offer replacement pads as Walthers does for their skidder cleaning car?
