Is there an easy way to add track power pickups to the trucks of an Annie tender?

LGB's pickup assemblies work--the ones with the carbon brush and spring in the aluminum cup. --where there are places molded on the truck bolster. If the mounting plsaces are not onthr Bachmann trucks, LGB also has a set of pickups with the mounting blocks. gj
