WHAT IS A NORMAL RADIUS THAT WILL HANDLE MOST LOCOMOTIVES AND ROLLING STOCK?

If you are referring to Bachmann On30 equipment, 22inch radius will be sufficent to all engines. Most will go down to 18 in radius and some down to 15 inch and smaller.
