I've explained this to you before, but you never take heed of my intelligence.

ya well there is always a silver lining. people said bill and ben wouldn't happen, look what's coming out this year. and other people have said that tidmouth sheds and knapford wouldn't happen, look what else is coming soon. besides i asked the bach man, not you.

Yes, people said that, but I am saying this. I know you want an official answer, but it's not going to be any different from mine. If you want me to explain to you why not, again, I will, but the sooner you believe me the sooner we can move on from the subject.

First of all, that was an awesome website...really liked the photos.

This one in particular has to be my favorite:

Thanks for showing us Bach-man!

Second, Anthony, you turned a happy time to a mad time, kinda like a little ferret skipping along happily and then an alligator jumps out and attacks the cute little thing...

But in all seriousness, you should know by now that Bachmann is not making a 009 range for their Thomas models.  So please stop being so stubborn...you can't argue with facts.

I didn't know the Bach-Man liked OO9  ;)

But yeah, if you want Thomas in that scale, kits are your friend. It's what I am doing, and they'll turn out better anyway.

I always wanted to build a small layout like that and have a few Talyllyn locos on it.  I could take it to school in a portable case.  But, HO/OO keeps pulling me away.   :P

Thanks for showing us that Bachmann.  8)

I would just like to point out that the fact that Bachmann won't make 009 Thomas characters does not preclude them producing non-Thomas 009 models. Anthony P2 never specified 009 Thomas models, he merely asked if Bachmann would be manufacturing 009 models of any kind. (We need a fire-extinguisher emoticon).

Nope, no 009 (HOn30 in America). Period.

Thanks for this :D I've always wanted a small layout upstairs away from the big one in the basement. What an inspiration! http://mickthornton.fotopic.net/p58197579.html

Bachmann Branchlines, on the other hand, are a different story. Bachmann do sell HOe items as part of their Lilliput range, and if they were to choose a common loco, ie a Quarry Hunslet, they could certainly shift enough models to make it financially viable.

As I've said before, if you want them, there are kits. Failing that, scratchbuilding ;)

Well, I was including Bachmann Branchlines. And like I said, I'm pretty sure Anthony meant 009 in general.

i seem to have noticed that bachmann doesn't like narrow guages... other than on30, not gonna happen why? not popular enough!
