The question i have is this, the wire for the chuff sensor where does it go if your engine does not have a place for this? I have installed mrc decoders and they just work from the power used to turn the wheels.

You can install a chuff sensor or use the voltage controlled auto-chuff.

The chuff sensor wire does not have to be used. The decoder will run fine without it attached.
