About how long is normal turn around time on steam repair? Also what is normal check holding time ( been a month ). Thanks Jbustle742
My experience with 'turn around time' for repair from Bachmann service has been anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 weeks. It depends a lot on the time of the year.
You can get a definite answer by contacting 'Bridget' by phone (not by eMail) at Bachmann service.
They will do a great job though it may take awhile.
I can't answer about time on checks, but I am 'guessing' that your check has been 'checked' by now :)
