The manufacturer's suggested retail price is $53.00 it is not available for sale directly through Bachmann, but is available from both your local and online Bachmann dealers.
Here it is for $31 plus s&h charges:http://www.hobbywarehouse.com/Products/All-Scales/WALL-PACK-W-SPD-CONTRLLR?cvsfa=1414&cvsfe=2&cvsfhu=42414334343231322d4750 (http://www.hobbywarehouse.com/Products/All-Scales/WALL-PACK-W-SPD-CONTRLLR?cvsfa=1414&cvsfe=2&cvsfhu=42414334343231322d4750)
Here's one for $33 plus shipping: http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/bac/bac44212.htm?source=froogle (http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/bac/bac44212.htm?source=froogle)
But, you do not need this to accomplish what you want to accomplish.

I assume you already have a booster for your E-Z Command if you are already running 9 DCC locomotives plus a dc (analogue) one.  Only if you want to control 10 DCC locomotives plus a dc one do need to add an analogue controller.

I also assume you are aware that adding an analogue controller does not increase the output power of the E-Z Command.  The only way you can safely do that is with a booster.  Also, adding an analogue controller does not give you two analogue controls total.  As soon as you plug in the the added controller the one that normally works on address 10 automatically becomes a DCC controller.

I am pretty certain that he thought a DC controller was required to run a DC loco and did not realize that the E-Z Command System can run a DC loco without modification.

Like Jim stated, you can optionally choose to utilize address 10 for a 10th DCC loco, and use the Bachmann DC controller for the DC loco.
