Could you provide current release dates for these items?
- Tidmouth Sheds and Turntable
- Bill
- Ben
- Donald
- Douglas
- Duck (? not sure it is in catalog)
FYI, my son does NOT understand why an item picture is in the catalog when the item is not available to purchase. After all, he can see a photo of it.

Duck is rumored, but he is not going to be out for awhile. Various websites have been saying different dates, but if I recall, Bill and Ben are due this Summer. Donald and Douglas possibly this Christmas. No idea about Tidmouth Sheds (turntable is included with that).

Now I'm curious too...
Best guess for me is the pictures are a prototype, and the final model has to be made ready for an assembly line.
Hearing that someone thought Duck was coming out just makes Duck to have a higher expecting rate for next year even more it seems...
Like I've said numerous times, Duck is on product radar so I'd be surprised if he didn't come out next year. :P
Bill, Ben, and tidmouth sheds from what I heard are all due in the summer.
Donald, Douglas, and troublesome truck #3 should be out by Christmas.
Probably late November, to be precise.

I doubt it to a point. Christmas seems more believable. When something is released, it takes a few weeks to get around. October/November could be the release of D&D, but they will probably be available to us all around Christmas.

I got Terence in November too. The ventilated vans I ordered however came in December right before Christmas I believe (or after, can't remember).
I emailed Bachmann a few weeks ago about them.
They simply said Bill and Ben were July, Donald and Douglas were due in November.
Shift those months forwards one and there you go. :D
I can't seem to find the Ventilated Van at all locally. The Mail Van is no where to be seen either.
That has nothing to do with this topic. And the vent van has been dropped.
The ventilated van and the mail car are both still being made and produced. If it's on the Bachmann product page it's still being made. (Notice how the red express coaches and other discontinued items aren't there...).
But anyways back on topic.
hay guys, i just looked on walthers home poage ,and their still getting shipment of the red coaches, 6 ton wagon, and the rf container wagon. so maybe they just took them off the bachmann product page.

ya they've been cut from the line.
why would they not produce these items any more. I would think Bachmann would want to increase the number of Items they offer for Thomas not take away form it. Is it a popularity thing. I would think they would want to offer as many different cars "wagons" as possible.
they really didn't sell to well, so bachmann cut them. anything with a face or is a fun, vibrant colors really wont appeal to kids.
well the red coaches might have made it if they werent $30.00 each. and as for the wagons, when was there a 6 ton wagon in the shows? and the rf container wagon is nothing more then the wagon bed woth a flat cover on it

You also see the RF Container wago in Season two episodes and have mad appearences ( The end of Pop Goes the Diesal is a perfect example when duck is coming home with the frieght tain.) in later episodes

The 6-Ton wagon comes in the forthcoming set "Salty's Dockside Delivery".
I just picked up the red coaches on ebay, glad I did, they're pretty cool and it's nice to have 2 sets of larger coaches.
I don't really pay much attention to the show, but are there usualy 3 coaches with Gordon or Henry or whoever may be pulling them? I guess they just expect you to buy 2 of the same one. Maybee I should get another red coach before they start to go up in price.

maybe i will to. a hobby store by my dads house has both the red and green coaches on sale for $19.89, so ill pick up another red and a green compsite coach
Might I add that the 6 ton wagon did also appear in Dirty Objects right as James backs into his train at the station.
