Title: 44 tonner programing

Yes I am using a Zephyr as a command station and yes the error message is  d nd so when placing the resistor on the track is there a certain position the resistor should be ( like between power in and the loco) I have a stand alone programing track

Dear wrangler,

It shouldn't make too much difference, but try DCC to track connection points in front of the loco, resistor across the rails in back of the loco.
