Can anyone tell me exactly where the siphon and the small parts in the Tender Oil Tank bag go on the Specturn On30 2-truck shay #25657

Dear WRC,
The siphon hose can hang under the left hand running board. Other detail parts can be placed where you will.
Shays were often loaded down with cable, chain, tools, and all manner of equipment.
