Hi,
I just bought a brand new 3 truck shay -
I lubed it up, put it on the track and gave it power.
Great sound, bright lights, BUT THE LOCOMOTIVE WON'T MOVE!

This is my second 3 truck shay, and the first worked fine right out of the box.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?

I really don't want to send it back to Philly for service.

Maybe this is silly to ask, but are you sure the switch is on? I've had one several years, but it's still in the box.
