Am I the only one having trouble with Walthers new web site. I can not seem to narrow a search. I look for "cornerstone structures" and I get wheel sets and a lot of other stuff. I know Walthers has more stuff than I can find.
Never use the Narrow search. Always us the Advanced search. I have been using the Advanced search for as long as I can remember and usually find what I want if Walther's carries it. I sometimes look at the Manufactures names to help in a search.
Even with the new Walther's site, it is not an issue.
I just did a Advanced search for Structures, HO, Key word cornerstone.
Plenty of hits.
Easy enough.

First last and only order was a 40 day nightmare. I also found their website search engine useless have not been back since.

I've done maybe a dozen orders from Walthers and they've all gone smoothly. The search can be frustrating at times. I'd give it a seven or eight, i.e., good but not great.

Rich is correct, always use "advanced search".
For me the site is very tedious. I would rate the service a 7.
