I have the "pin" conectors, now where they go ??
So you want to make your DCC loco a dummy? Just take the motor out and then it will be a dummy (non-powered), not sure why someone would want to do that though.
You will have to remove the tower gears also and I fail to see the point. What would "pins" have to do with this?
I suspect you will have to think your actual question over a bit and retype the new question.
Maybe post a photo of the loco. You can do that using Photo Bucket. A pictures is worth at least a thousand words, sometimes more.

By dummy do you mean run on dcc with out a decoder? are the pin connectors you mention the "L" shaped three pin jumpers that come with some locomotives?

Perhaps by running like a "dummy" it is meant to be the second (or any but the lead) in a multi-unit consist. I know very little about DCC, but I know that multiple-unit consists can be set up. The "how" of it is beyond me.
