Title: HO Brill trolley Desire
Post by: angelmotar on November 26, 2010, 10:47:01 PM
Can someone tell me what kind of motor is in the HO Brill trolley Desire (Product Code 61036)? Does this one have a can motor with flywheels??

Thanks
David

OMG, Bachmann REALLY DOES make a streetcar named Desire.  Tennessee Williams would be so proud!!!  The play earned him the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1948.  The exploded diagram here:

shows a can motor, but no sign of flywheels.  Take a look for yourself.  Hope this helps.

Thanks Oldtimer, The diagram is just what I like to see about how trains/trolleys are put together. I currently have an old version that is really noisy.  Do have any idea if this new version is quiet??

Thanks

It is still a bit noisy in my book.
