I Got My James For My Birthday(November 20). He worked about a week then he started going like he was at 25 on the controller when it was set at 100. Then he would jump back up to 100 for 1-2 seconds then jump down again. and the contacts were the power is transferred from the wheels to the PCB was sparking badly. I did not send in the warranty card because when I bought The Thomas w/ Annie and Clarabel circle set I sent the card and I never got a reply! Please help!
