I need to know if the EZ Command has acc. hookups to power switches/turnouts.

No, it doesn't.

I recently converted my layout from DC to DCC and just continue to use the AC connections on my old power pack to power the turnout controls. I use the EZ command. It is very simple to use but has limited features.

As I understand it, you can convert the turnout controls to DCC but you have to add decoders for each swtich (around 15 to 20 dollars each) or buy swtiches that have decoders built in.

By doing this each turnout would then use one of the 9 decoder buttons on the EZ command.

I needed all 9 buttons (and then some) just for locomotives.

Hope this helps and best of luck!

The E-Z Command can only control Bachmann decoder equipped turnouts as far as I know.
