Title: Locomotive derailing

My 4-8-4 steam locomotive rear wheels derail for no reason and at any given place. Anybody know what I can do?

Need to know if HO or N sale??  Bachmann northern or N&W J ??
Check the wheel gauge. See if the drawbar is hitting the truck.
Get down close and watch it.

It's HO scale.
