The Keystone Express, if I am correct, is a Pennsyvania RR passenger consist.

A Shark non-powered B unit will not look correct unless it is with a powered Shark A unit. The Baldwin Sharks look a lot differant than a lot of other diesel engines that were made.
A more correct engine might be the FA-1 unpowered B unit.

If the Sharks have 2 axle trucks, they are freight only on the PRR.  the PRR did have the 3 axle BP20 passenger units.
