Title: NS F-units--Kudos
Post by: davidone on March 12, 2011, 11:13:59 PM
Just a note to say nice job on these units. Really like the close coupling. Detail and paint is some of the best i have seen.  How about a Norfolk Southern streamline set of passenger cars?

Thanks, Dave

Dave, you'd better post some pictures for us, since the company didn't!

Dave,

We may consider doing the passenger set, but it is not in this year's plans.

Got my A-B-A NS set one year  to the day after pre-ordering them. Long wait, but worth it.  I hope Bachman does the cars too because MTH stiffed me and now I have none.

AA9YZ:

If you get those passenger cars, then will you have enough to get those red CGW, KCS, and Katy F units in the future?

(Is WBB reading this!)

I am still waiting for my NS F-3 A-B-A set to show up at my local dealer.  His distributor says they are on the way.  The wait has been way too long!  But the locos will be great and last a lifetime.  I ordered a set of older Williams N&W streamliners to run with these locos.

How about Philomena, Philly or Filly?

WBB did a great job on the NS set.
I pre ordered mine 2-27-2010 and it took a year to arrive.
They look great! The A-B-B-A set is huge.
I plan on doing the lights like CandO did.

I will pull freight with mine, 10 Industrial Rail NS boxcars and a MTH bay window caboose.

WBB how about a new caboose design?

Got my NS Exec A-B-A this week, as always, flawless, beautiful paintjob.  WBB has the best value in O Gauge by far!
