Title: E-Z Mate DCC Decoder
Post by: cadman1 on April 27, 2011, 12:43:44 AM
I have a couple of E-Z Mate decoders and used one in an older Athearn F7. Just needed a simple motor/lights fuction but need to know what values CV2 accepts as the loco starts slow unless I bump the MRC throttle to a minimum of 12 of 28 steps. I have returned CV3 to 1 so that should not be interfering with the normal start.
Thanks to anyone with an answer

CV 2 (starting voltage) is set at 10 and can go from, 0-31. CVs 3 & 4 Accel & Decell Momentum are set at 1 and go from 1-255.

The product description pages don't specify how many functions the EZ decoders have. Are they all 2-function like the one in the link above??
