HO 80 ton three-truck shay
Hello I am looking  to perhaps download setupinfo / documents for the HO 80 ton three-trcuk shay i just purchased "online"

Sometimes the paper work is buried under foam packing in the box. That has occurred to a couple people here in the past.
Which on line source did you get the loco from?

The following things could have happened...the dealer removed the paper work, you misplaced/removed the paper work or your locomotive was not actually new. I have never seen or heard of a Bachmann loco without the paperwork, but I have seen many times when people accidentally pitched it or did not see it in the box for whatever reason.

the new Window boxes for the Spectrum locos have a "false floor" lining under the plastic clamshell packaging, and your paperwork should be under it.
