I have recently acquired an engine and tender that operates great?? Except the front truck, the pin that holds the wheel on is missing. But looking on line ( everywhere) I can't find the truck that look like this one.

How do I identify if this is a 2-8-2 or 2-8-4? It looks like their is a missing rear truck?
The engine under frame has ( BACHMANN HONG KONG) the road name is A.T. & S.K.
The tender under frame has (BACHMANN HONG KONG) with the number 705
