Title: Big hauler dimensions?
Post by: lrparks on July 16, 2007, 01:45:18 PM
Does anyone have the specs on the exterior dimensions of the Big Haulers? I plan on getting one in the near future and I wanted to make sure it will fit through one of my tunnels.

Dear I,
Make your opening at least 8" high and 5" wide. If there's a curve involved, go wider.
Have fun!

I would go at least 6" wide and wider with curves. Eight inches tall is fine as long as you do not plan on running 1:20.3 shays with a big onion stack in the future. When I was was measuring for my tunnels recently I found my tallest cars were my cabooses.
