Not sure what you mean by "sets". Are you asking if you could buy the coal yard already built up? Or are you looking for images that you could model?

If the latter - then here are some images of the Coaling Plant:

for a coal shoot like the classic one from season 2, then you can probably easily build one, it actually looks like a simple, yet fun project, i might try it myself if i find the materials at the local hobby shop (or i get around to it, busy with uploading youtube videos and school) :)

well there is a kit available if you want at ehattons.com. pretty nice kit if you want to order from across the pond. i order from there all the time and the package usually arrives, at my door, between one and one and a half weeks. nice place, good prices, too. here is the kit ----->  http://www.ehattons.com/40642/Ratio_Plastic_Model_Railway_Kits_547_Coaling_Tower/StockDetail.aspx

Haven't worked out all the different exchange rates - but it is also available in Canada at: http://modelrailwayimports.com/product.php?PID=4969&CID=6&BID=14&TID=0&SID=1&q=coal (http://modelrailwayimports.com/product.php?PID=4969&CID=6&BID=14&TID=0&SID=1&q=coal)
