Title: UP 4-8-4 HO Steam Locomotive
Post by: tpizzapie on March 17, 2012, 09:54:17 PM
Have been trying to run my new 4-8-4 locomotive on e-z track nickel silver.  The farthest rear wheels do not want to stay on the track.  What is my problem?

tp-

Start by making sure that your rear truck moves fluidly and that it has tension
pushing it down against the track. Also check the gauge of the wheels.

Must be on 22in curves. Make sure the drawbar hole you are using is the furthest one. Make sure the wires between engine and tender are not in the way of the drawbar.
