I have a Williams Cab Forward...is ther any parts support for these older products?
All of the brass locomotives were one-time production items. The Big Boy and Challenger were made again in 1995 by a different manufacturer. Williams only received a small amount of replacement parts for these locomotives. At that time Williams had a 1 year warranty for the original owner. Williams ran out of replacement parts around 1999. Unfortunately we can not service these locomotives because they are difficult to ship without the risk of getting damaged and we have no parts for them.
