I also phoned 215-533-1600 and, after going through the annoying voice mail menu, got through to the service department. "Leave a message or phone 800-356-3910 ......." so I tried sales, and got the same message there.
Guess today must have been a Bachmann holiday.

After you informing me that the Bachmann office closes early on Fridays which is why nobody answered the phone when I called last Friday afternoon, I phoned the customer service 800 number again today, Monday, and it still rang, and rang, and rang and...........
