Just to be clear, that's the HO scale model photoshopped onto G scale track, right?

It is. Thomas, Percy, and James had the same kind of images produced prior-to their Large Scale photos being revealed.

That's what I thought, but they did it so well that I wasn't entirely sure.

The new Emily would have a CGI face, and the couplers would be different.  ;)
