Does anyone have copies of the original instructions that came with the above train set. The uTube instructions are for more modern versions with mounted or grassed tracks, etc. Our tracks are just plain old tracks. Need to see the old version to set it up.

No need to start another post on this.
I believe it would be harder to find instructions than to ask this forum the questions you want answered. Most sets are easy to set up. Track configuration is usually a circle or an oval. The power supply should connect to a special track piece with hook ups on it.
Don't know what you are looking for so just ask.

A Google search shows a 36 inch diameter circle of track. Hook up two wires. Loco light comes on in forward or reverse.
