Title: Sound Volume on S4

I have recently purchased a Bachmann S4 with sound.  Well either the volume on this engine is not set correctly or else my other engine with sound (Broadway AC6000)  has exstremly high volume.  I can just barely hear the bell or anything on this engine.  please help me.

Yep'noticed that on mine also' setting the vol.to Max helps

Adjust CV128 to your liking. Try experimenting with different values to find where you like the volume to be.

Up the master volume (CV 128) on the S4, or better yet lower the volumes on the other locos.

Most locos with factory installed sound come with way too loud settings as the default.  The Bachmann S4 on the other hand is just about right as set from the factory.

This should have come with your S4, but if not, here are the multiple CVs that you can change to your liking:
