How you sugest to hook power leads to this track.. Solder to swing out arm ???

The insulated and terminal tracks are terribly expensive for what they do, IMHO. I suggest that you either solder your feeders to the outsides or
undersides of your rails instead. Alternately, you can solder your feeders to the bottoms of your rail joiners.
