Title: American Flyer Locomotive
Post by: Ted G on December 18, 2012, 05:18:43 PM
I have an older AF steam locomotive that goes at a slow pace, but in reverse it goes fast. Is there any way I can speed it up forward?

Since this site is primarily about Bachmann products, the below link will take you to a site that might be more suitable in case you do not get any responses.
I have not used Lionel or American Flyer in many years.
It might just need cleaning and lubing.

Interested in O gauge, S gauge, and Standard gauge toy trains? Are you a fan of Lionel, MTH, American Flyer, and other brands of toy trains made today and in the past? If so, the Classic Toy Trains Toy train operating and collecting forum is just for you.

If you can't get help over at CTT.com try O Gauge Railroad forums under S gauge trains. FYI; OGR has changed for the better!

I am sorry if I offended the members of this sight by asking about my AF locomotive. My intent was only to get some help for my problem and with many of the members here who seem to be very qualified to help I thought it would be a good place to ask.    Ted

I did not see any offense.
