Title: Hogwarts Express
Post by: HOGtraingirl0613 on January 06, 2013, 08:53:40 PM
I've just purchased a gently used HO scale Hogwarts Express. Missing are three curved pieces of E-Z track and the straight terminal rerailer to deliver power to the track, the Platform Nine and Three Quarters snap together building kit and the illustrated instruction manual. I wonder if it's possible to purchase the Weasley Flying Car? It is also missing but because I am not the original purchaser I may be out of luck there. Anything is possible I believe and all that is required is a sincere request. :)

i don't believe Bachmann has ever made the platform 9 3/4 or any buildings or even the car to go with it. Are you sure it's Bachmann? A company named Hornby came out with a hogwarts set with the platform a couple years ago. that could be the set you have. if it's missing buildings.

the platform was just a stone arch with a 9 3/4 sign, and the "flying" car only came in the second run of hobby sets.
Unless you locate a sealed set, you're probaly out of luck there.
the track can be purchased from your LHS, or many online retailers

Thank you Anthony P2 and r0bert for your replies.
I have ordered the pieces to complete my EZ track.
I've been running the Express on my own track and it flies around fairly well.

Thanks again
