Greetings!
I've had this loco for about 6 months and it doesn't want to break in. Each time I run it, I have to mother it around the track for 5 mins to get it going. Slow speed running is not very good. It's like the motor is just stiff and won't loosen up.
Any ideas?

Dear Dan,
Run your loco at moderate speed in each direction for about twenty minutes, then perform a light lubrication.
If operation doesn't improve, contact service.
