I have a new bachmann 2-10-0 dcc and tsunami sound I can not get the head light or the rear light to work ken

Yes I have used 0 but the lights do not work is there another cv I can use Ken

Another common issue in the tender/locomotive plug not being seated all the way.

Also, it is possible the decoder is plugged in backwards. The loco will run in this case, but the lights won't work.

It Is factory installed loco runs in right direction Could it still be backward ?

I believe the LED is on the PC board and light is transmitted up to the tender light via a light pipe. Take the tender shell off and see if the LED is lighting up.

Thanks Rich I got the rear light to work pipe not connected the front does not work Thanks Ken
