Post by: mikemarxs on June 19, 2013, 10:11:50 AM
How do I get my GG1 repaired by Williams and what is the cost?

Depends what is wrong with it. Have you tried a local hobby shop?
If you contact the service department on here you will have to pay for shipping, about $30.00 or more just to ship it, then the repair department's time and cost of parts.

Can you describe what is wrong and maybe somebody on here can help you.

If you have to ship I found the USPS flat rate boxes a great deal!!!!!!!!!

There is plenty of room to house the GG-1 just make sure you have a lot of bubble wrap around it

I brought the GG1 to Ridgefield Hobby Shop. There they checked it out, lubed and adjusted this classic. It is running like new!
