Title: EZ Track manual switch levers
Post by: surveyorbill on September 02, 2013, 01:06:22 PM
Does EZ have a manual switch throw for their EZ switchs? the Caboose Ind product does not appear to work. The slide does operate but a throw would be more positive.
PS I tripped on the green switch wire and it yanked the reseptacles  so I think to do  that switch manually.  :)

Bill-

The little slider on the side of the turnout is the manual control. I've never seen any other kind of lever or switch machine for EZTrack. I personally wish the slider gave a more substantial throw than it does. You can try tightening the rivet for the points or put a thin piece of cardboard under the point so they stay where they're placed a little better.
