I bought an unlettered engine, Item No. 91599, at the conference in Cincinnati. Where can i get the decals for Pennsylvania Railroad to put on this engine and tender?

I cant really suggest one supplier over another, but it should be too easy to find these. A call to your local hobby shop would be a start. I saw quite a few good options on "that auction site", and too many general online options to choose from. Even custom ones.
Microscale decals should have what you need.
