Title: Whats a Cub Cadet?
Post by: FPT on September 10, 2007, 07:19:09 PM
Ok this doesen't have to do with the Thomas stuff but people have been asking me what a Cub Cadet is.  A Cub Cadet is a GT or Garden Tractor made by International Harvester.  This kind of garden tractor is really useful because it has a transmition where other GTs have a belt or chain.  Here is some images.

A "Cub Cadet" was a very reliable, easy to fly Cessna as I recall made many moons ago for the Civil Air Patrol who needed an inexpensive plane for their activities.

Not aware if still being made or anything else about them.

Jonathan,

I have flown the old cub cadet. Still the best of the light tail draggers next to the Citabria.

Today the Garden Tractor Cub Cadet is manufactured by MTD of Toledo snf csn br purchased at many hardware stores. FPT should keep to trains on the list.

The posts really aren't considered bad TBH I mean they were accurate and good posts, so it shouldn't matter if they were banned or not.
