Title: Which couplers on Yard Boss set?

Can anyone tell me if the Yard Boss set comes with Rapido or EZ Mate couplers?

Depends on when it was made. They have been around a long time. The most recent one I have seen comes with dummy knuckle couplers. Not sure if I have seen one with EZ mates yet.
